ARKTEKT

The Master Builder Program

Your ideas shouldn't have to wait
for the version of you
that knows how to build them.

AI has changed what one person can create. The question is no longer whether the technology exists. It is whether you have developed the capacity to use it.

Over six weeks, live, you learn to find a problem worth solving, understand the people living with it, architect a solution, build it with AI and Lovable, prove it works, and connect it to real value.

You are not here to consume AI. You are here to become a Builder.

  • 6 weeks, live
  • Starts September 1, 2026
  • $247
  • 50 seats
  • Two live Builder experiences each week
  • Personalized Builder Track
  • Real build
  • Buildathon

Proof

At 9:51, the workshop
didn't exist.

By 10:26, people were inside a working interactive experience. The actual initial build took roughly 14 minutes once the plan was clear.

That isn't a promise that every product takes 14 minutes. It's proof of something more important:

Preparation changes what speed can do.

The notes existed. The thinking existed. The intention existed. Then AI compressed the distance between the idea and the implementation.

That's what Builders learn to do.

Proof video

9:51 → 10:26, the full session, unedited. Video to be added.

The real constraint

You probably don't have
an idea problem.

You have ideas.

  • Things your business could do better
  • Products you wish existed
  • Processes that make no sense
  • Tools you'd love to create
  • Problems you know your customers have

Maybe you've even thought: “Someone should build that.”

  • I don't code.

  • I don't know where to start.

  • I'd need a developer.

  • I don't understand APIs.

  • I know AI can probably do this… but I wouldn't know how.

So the idea stays an idea. Or you duct-tape five subscriptions together. Or you pay someone else every time your imagination outruns your technical ability.

That is dependency.

And AI has opened another possibility:

“I can build it.”

Category shift

Welcome to the
Builder Economy.

The internet lowered the barrier to publishing.

Social media lowered the barrier to becoming a Creator.

AI is lowering the barrier to becoming a Builder.

The Creator publishes the idea.
The Builder gives the idea behavior.

  • Apps
  • Tools
  • Automations
  • AI systems
  • Digital products
  • Internal business systems
  • Client solutions
  • New businesses

The divide

Two people. Same tools.
Completely different lives.

The User

The Builder

Asks the tool what to do
Tells the tool what to build
Describes a feeling
Writes a specification
Accepts the first output
Interrogates the output
Starts over when it breaks
Diagnoses and repairs the system
Collects tools
Composes systems
Produces a demo
Ships something people rely on
Gets replaced by the next model
Gets more powerful with the next model

Nobody is born on the right-hand column. It is trained.

The stakes

Capability like this
is still rare.

Every technology shift has a short stretch where capability is rare and the advantage is enormous. Then it becomes normal, expected, and worth nothing extra.

We are early in that stretch right now. Building this capability now means you spend less of your working life waiting on someone else to make your ideas real. That is the honest case for starting, and it is yours to weigh.

The point isn't falling behind. The point is how much of what you can already see gets to exist.

The transformation

  1. “I'm not technical.”

  2. “Maybe I could build this.”

  3. “I can build.”

  4. GIVE ME A PROBLEM.

That last sentence is the transformation.

If all you learn is how to make a beautiful Lovable page, we failed.

A Builder should be able to encounter something frustrating, expensive, repetitive, confusing or broken and begin asking:

  • 01Who is experiencing this?
  • 02Why does it matter?
  • 03What should exist instead?
  • 04How could AI help?
  • 05How do I make it work?
  • 06How do I know it actually works?
  • 07What is that change worth?

That's Builder capacity.

The human advantage

AI makes production cheaper.
That makes the human more important,
not less.

01

Imagination

Can you see what doesn't exist yet?

02

Communication

Can you make your intention clear enough for humans and AI to act on it?

03

Discernment

Can you recognize what is true, valuable, broken, useful and worth pursuing?

AI can generate.

The Builder must still decide.

What makes this different

This is not
Prompt → App.

That's how AI makes it easier to build useless things faster.

Problem
Human
Solution
Product

Underneath the program is a capability system, not a content calendar. These are not weekly modules. They are the spine a Builder develops.

01

Think

See both what is and what could be.

02

See

Read the situation before reaching for a tool.

03

Understand

Understand people before prescribing solutions.

04

ARKTEKT

Turn imagination into architecture.

05

Make

Communicate clearly enough for AI to act. Use Lovable to materialize.

06

Prove

Inspect. Debug. Test. Let reality edit the build.

07

Value

Understand value.

08

Earn

Create an economic next step.

The program

Six weeks.
One build that's yours.

You do not watch someone build. You build, on your own problem, in your own context, with the Builder spine applied one layer at a time.

  1. Week 01

    Seeing

Train problem sense. Choose the thing you will build across the program and prove it is worth building.

  2. Week 02

    Specification

Turn intent into a spec. Learn the language that makes AI stop guessing and start executing.

  3. Week 03

    Architecture

Design the structure. Data, flow, boundaries, the reasons builds hold together or fall apart.

  4. Week 04

    Direction

Build the thing. Drive the tool at full speed with control, iteration and quality standards.

  5. Week 05

    Diagnosis

Break it, read it, repair it. Debugging as a thinking skill instead of a restart button.

  6. Week 06

    Shipping

Put it in front of a real person. Gather evidence. Decide what happens to it next.

Choose your path

Same capability.
Different destination.

Pick the one closest to where you are. The rest of this page adjusts to speak to it, and nothing here changes the price, the program or your ability to enroll.

Not sure? Good. You don't have to guess. Your onboarding diagnostic will help identify your recommended path.

What you leave with

Don’t leave with notes.
Leave with evidence.

  1. 01

    A clearer Builder identity

Who you are when you encounter a problem, and what you now do about it.

  2. 02

    A personalized Builder path

The track and the sequence matched to your situation, not a generic curriculum.

  3. 03

    A real problem worth solving

Qualified, specific, and belonging to an actual human.

  4. 04

    Human and market intelligence

What you learned from the people living inside the problem.

  5. 05

    An ARKTEKT Blueprint

Your imagination converted into architecture a machine can act on.

  6. 06

    A functional Lovable build

Not a mockup. A thing that runs.

  7. 07

    Validation evidence

What happened when reality touched the build.

  8. 08

    A Builder Dossier

The record of the work: problem, human, decisions, build, proof.

  9. 09

    Before-and-after Builder Capacity measurement

A measured read on how much you moved across six weeks.

  10. 10

    An economic next step.

A concrete commercial move, shaped by the track you choose: a client solution, an internal improvement, or a product with early users.

The live experience

You will not spend six weeks watching me build.

You are going to build.

Session one

Master Builder
Lab

  1. 01Learn the principle.
  2. 02Watch it demonstrated.
  3. 03Practice it.
  4. 04Receive the mission.
Session two

Build
Clinic

  • Bring the thing that isn't working.
  • Bring the decision.
  • Bring the bug.
  • Bring the uncertainty.
  • Bring the evidence.

We diagnose it together.

Learn Go build Come back with evidence.

The tool

Lovable is the workbench.
You are the Builder.

Yes, you will learn Lovable. Deeply enough to take an idea from specification into functioning reality.

But this is not designed to create people who know where the Lovable buttons are.

Tools change.
Builder thinking transfers.

  • Communicate intent
  • Build in layers
  • Work with data
  • Connect systems
  • Use APIs
  • Add AI appropriately
  • Debug
  • Inspect
  • Test
  • Iterate
  • Ship

Week six

The Buildathon is not the graduation party.
It’s the proving ground.

Most programs end when you’ve consumed the information.

MBP ends with something different:

Show your work.

  • 01Show us the problem.
  • 02Show us your human.
  • 03Show us what you decided to build.
  • 04Show us what works.
  • 05Show us what broke.
  • 06Show us what reality taught you.
  • 07Show us what you changed.
  • 08Show us what value you created.

Proof of build > proof of attendance.

The Buildathon carries a $2,500 grand prize, judged on the merit of your work. No purchase beyond enrollment is required and winning is not determined by chance. If fewer than 50% of the 50 cohort seats are sold, the Buildathon will not be held and no prize will be awarded. Open to enrolled participants who are US residents, 18 or older. Prize is paid approximately 30 days after the Buildathon concludes, subject to verification and tax reporting. Official Rules.

The value

You’re not buying
six weeks of Zoom.

You’re buying the chance to shorten the distance between:

  • “I wish this existed.”

    “I built it.”

  • “I need someone technical.”

“Let me see if I can solve this.”

  • “AI looks powerful.”

“I know how to use it to create value.”

The value isn’t the number of videos.

The value is:

  • Capacity
  • Agency
  • Speed
  • Judgment
  • Proof
  • Ownership
  • and a repeatable process you can take into the next problem after this cohort ends.

Price doesn’t sell people. Value does.

And the question isn’t “How many modules do I get?”

The question is

What becomes possible when your technical limitations stop deciding which of your ideas get to exist?

worth asking.

The decision

Six weeks from now, you can still be the person with the idea.

Or you can become more capable of doing something about it.

AI has already changed the cost of creating.

The tools are already here.

The problems are already here.

The opportunities are already here.

The remaining question is who you are becoming.

You don’t need another reason to consume AI.

Become a Builder.
